Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Wait
Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
